The location was beautiful in a pretty nice area, near Kiriivehera temple, the restaurant, and a nice hike for beginner. Also, the hotel was located within 20 minutes' walk of touristic place Detagamuwa Wewa...

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, as it is very near to every attraction in the area, away from the national park. It was so convenient to explore all the famous spots without wasting time on transportation. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were well equipped with all the essential facilities and had enough space even with 3 beds.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent and there was nothing that we felt could be improved upon.

This hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions and makes for an ideal base to explore the area. the rooms are well-maintained and the bathroom facilities are good. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast spread each day. there is a large swimming pool available for use.

The dinner buffet served here could be better.

I had the best vacation in recent times at Hotel Chenra. The Charlet Room was truly amazing and exceeded my expectations. The spaciousness and comfort of the room made my stay more enjoyable. The buffet food was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the tasty meals. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff, especially Chef Prasanna, was extremely helpful and made my experience even better.

Although I had a great time overall, I did notice a few drawbacks during my stay. The other rooms at the hotel did not match the standard of the Charlet Room, and the bathroom tiles were slippery, which was a safety concern.

The staff were cooperative and helpful. Excellent service at the restaurant, with delicious and reasonably priced food. Good facilities and a great location near Kataragama devala and Kiriivehera temple. Lovely hotel with clean rooms and a large swimming pool.
